Tools for reading and writing FANUC teach-pendant program files: the binary .TP format and the ASCII .LS listing format, for when neither FANUC's RoboGuide/WinOLPC MakeTP translator nor the controller's ASCII Upload option is available. Includes the LZSS/record/instruction/position codec, a byte-level FORMAT.md spec, and a PG21T5FX.TP reference fixture; validated by decode, byte-identity and round-trip test gates.
